We went to Christmas Mountain Village with T's family over the MLK Jr Holiday. The weather was great, if a bit cold, and Aubrey had her first chance to spend some time enjoying a traditional winter sport, sledding.
As you can see it was a controlled environment (i.e., driveway for the cabin) complete with a guide (Aunt Kim) and a downslope spotter (Papa Max).

Holy cow! Shane and Grechen are giving Allaine a cheese grater for a toy and now i see Aubrey getting launched into an icy street on a sled. I have to stop coming to these blogs. I am going to be up all night worrying about these babies.

PS. This is reason number 27 why I dont have kids. They would reside permanently in the no-fun zone due to my paranoia.
